I would start shaving her belly. It is a bit early so just make sure that around her due date the belly is kept shaved and clean. I shaved Destiny's whole belly so all the nipples were exposed and it is a lot easier to keep clean.

Yep, ditto that...about shaving the belly. I trimmed Lexies hair on her belly once myself, the closer to her due date, took her in for a professional grooming where they gave her a maternity belly buzz. When those pups start nursing, any hair around the nipples will get wet and matted if not kept clean with a warm washcloth.
