I've used a similar product called Angels Eyes on my maltichon, Chloe.

I started her on it when she was a puppy and it worked for her. I just followed the directions on the bottle.

I was skeptical too but here some before and after pics of Chloe. The first two pics are her when she was a puppy and the third was taken about 3-4 months ago.
