Well, I think I am going to continue the outside pottying for now.......hoping she will go to the bathroom quickly if she is freezing. She is not having many accidents inside right now because I absolutely don't give her an opportunity to. She is being monitored by me or someone else, or if she has just gone outside I give her a bit more freedom to wander. I think in extreme weather I want her to go on potty pads in the garage, but just don't know how to communicate to her that she can.
