Hooray for you

You must feel great. That's a real accomplishment. I like banking 5lbs for just in case. We women think
of everything.

Thanks for the idea. I sit all day and after reaching
a certain age it's just not so easy to keep it off. As you get older the
trick I am finding out is if you don't burn it up during the day you have
to cut calorie's. My intake is less than 1300 calories per day that's the
only way it will come off. Most people find that hard but I don't. Now
that I am finally on my way it's really not so bad. My cholestrol has got
to come down because I refuse to go on those meds. I really hope this
does the trick. I am also walkint 2mi at least 3-4 times a week.
I hope I don't get brun out. I got into my skinny jeans for the first time
in three years. Yayyyyyyyyyyyyy
