Actually, being on antibiotics could skew the test results anyway so it might be best to wait. How many times has she been to the vet for vaccines? Most vets probably wouldn't let you wait there with her (atleast not in the back). Some might let you wait in the waiting room though if you want. It is possible to go home with her in between. You have to get her back there exactly two hours after eating though.
