I know my vet has an isolation room for animals that haven't been fully vaccinated yet that is seperate from other dogs and diligently keeps animals seperate. Ask if they have one of these. Also, I was under the impression that "most" doggy sickness doesn't spread through the air, it's spread through fecal contact. So, since your baby is small, they will probably carry her and keep her off of the floors anyways. Maybe just ask to see where they will be keeping her in between draws and if you feel like its not sanitary enough ask for further advice. Hope this helps!!
