My Petco has the most adorable little AKC brand puppy rompers on clearance. I could go and see if they still have any in your dogs size? Chloe has a pair (they're brown with little bones on them) in XS and she's about 5.5 lbs, and they fit her perfectly. Let me know if you want me to check!
