If you know that your dog was bred why would you part with it until you knew for sure whether it was pregnant and than if you couldn't wait to place it make sure it got into a home that had experience whelping pups? That's quite a burden to put on someone when you can't even tell them what day the pups might be due. I hear things on here and it just blows my mind that people can be so irresponsible and uncaring. It's a good thing that she has you now.
The man had no choice but to part with her. He was abusing her and she was so scared of people and skinny, my mother saw them at a flea market and told him that she would like to buy her from him and he said no, then my mother started telling him that this is the 3rd time she has seen him there trying to get rid of her and that she seems to be getting skinnier and skinnier everytime she sees them and if he wouldn't sell her the dog then she would call animal control on him and he must have had something to hide cause he changed completely and said well if you give her a good home. so thats how my mom got Bella for me.

Later I found out at her checkup with my vet that He (my vet) thought she may be pregnant, so we waited another week then he did an ultra sound and sure enough, so she has been well taken care of since we got her, but I called the man a couple weeks after i got bella and told him that she was pregnant, and he said "I know I bred her with my brothers yorkie and she is due the 29th of october"

As on today we have no change other than her temp dropping back down to 98.0 today is day 63.
