I went to the vet over the weekend and he said my yorkie's eyes were showing the beginning of cataracts....he said there was an "opaque" appearance to his eyes.

Does anyone know how long it takes for a dog to develop these cataracts from the beginning stages of the eyes appearing to be "opaque" ?
