Weight Watchers Question I've decided to start following the Weight Watchers program again...I originally started WW in 2003 following the Points system I lost about 40 pounds following the program. So I decided that in order to lose this extra 10-15 pounds i've put on recently I'm going to start WW again but this time on my own.
My question is now I know they have two plans the Core and the Flex, I'll be following the Flex plan because it's closest to the points system...anyway back to my question does anyone know what the range of points is for someone who is about 135-140 pounds? I think it used to be like 18-23 but from what i understand the Flex plan is different in that there is only one point number for the day and then 35 flex points for the week...so if anyone has this info and wouldn't mind sharing that would be great!
