Default pups

I have read that article also. It is not always true they will die or have health problems..BUT I would not want to let one go to an unsuspecting pet lover without them knowing there could be serious problems. Some people will willing take on a potential health problem and do what is necessary for the welfare of the pet. I see no need to put a pup down until there is a reason.
