In Florida, it is a "law" and requirement to get the rabies shot for every dog in the household. If you do not have it, they are permited to remove the dog from your property. I get the three year rabies vaccine for all three of mine and they have never had a problem. Do you think it was a bad batch of the rabbies vaccine? So sorry for your loss.
