Sam's birthday party is on Saturday!!! Please tell me which icing that you would use and if one involves Carob, where do you get it??? I am almost thinking of the Peanut Butter one since Sam LOVES it!!!



Cinnamon Frosting ~
Combine the following ingredients and blend thoroughly:
12 ounces nonfat cream cheese (room temperature)
3 tsp cinnamon
1 tsp vanilla
1 tsp honey
Carob Frosting
Combine the following ingredients and blend thoroughly:
12 ounces nonfat cream cheese (room temperature)
3 tsp carob powder
1 tsp vanilla
1 tsp honey
Banana Carob Frosting
Combine the following ingredients and blend thoroughly:
2 cups mashed ripe banana
1 Tbs butter
6 Tbs carob powder
2 tsp vanilla
3 Tbs Unbleached flour
1 tsp cinnamon
Peanut Butter Frosting
1/3 cup of smooth or chunky Peanut Butter
1/3 cup of cream cheese
Blend together and use to frost cooled cupcakes. Assuming your puppy will wait that long!
