Great pumpkin Kyle! The insides are gross but it's a little better if you scoop it out with an ice cream scoop. I used to roast the seeds and loved them. Unfortunately I'm the only one in my house who likes them and I'm not going to go through the trouble just for me.
I haven't even bought one- I need to get on it!
