Default My Sophie has Addison's

Hi, I have never posted before, but have read and learned from YT forever. My Sophie who is a 3 1/2 lb sweetie is 4. Last weekend she was sick and wouldn't eat, very lethargic and shaky. I gave her some Nutical which I always have on hand since a hypoglycemic episode when she was just 2 months old. On Monday, she still wasn't herself so I took her to the Emergency Vet, since my reg vet was gone. While examining her, she had a seizure and they checked her sugar and it was life-threatingly low. They had her on IV's all week and round the clock feedings with AD. they did a ACTH stim test, and I got to bring her home Fri nite. Last night the vet called and she definitely has Addison's. He had sent home meds to treat her for it, because he thought that is what she had. What experiences has anyone had with this disease? She still has no appetite and I have to kinda force her to eat every couple of hours. I boiled some chicken today and she ate some. Is there anything that is high calorie, but nutricious that the finicky picky eaters will like? I am beside myself. She acts great for a couple of hours, then she is sleepy and shaky. I hope it is just cause she was sick for so long, but am anxious to have her back to her old self (if possible) She's my baby and I want to do what is best. Any suggestions or experiences would be greatly appreciated.
