Your puppy is still a, well, a puppy...she is showing her Yorkie puppy personality.....Actually, she is a bit young to expect quiet, well-behaved puppy.. She will probably be responive to obedience training when she is old enough...In the meantime, try wearing her out with play but do not chase her..Yorkies have been hurt playing that way. Sounds like you are already playing and maybe you can add another game ot two...
I have several dogs/puppies so my younguns are playmates to each other..They grow up so fast..
