When I got Paprika, her "breeder" said that she wasn't gonna get over 5lbs. She was the smallest in her litter. Her mom only weighs 5lbs and her dad is a "hefty" 8lbs. But, when I took her home...she grew...and she grew...and she grew some more until she's finally now around 11lbs. I love her to pieces and even though she's so big, she's still purebred Yorkie. It's possible yours is still purebred, but don't fret too much.
