I tend to agree. Vomitting is not normal and is usually a symptom of something wrong. Have you discussed this with the breeder? I don't know of a good vet in that area but if you call or email Tanya of Tanya's Tiny Tots, (she is a member here) she may be able to refer you.
If he hasn't been to the vet since you got him he needs to go anyway for your health guarantees to remain in effect and just for his preventative exam and checkup.
