Mine were all really close at birth, and are still really close together in weights. I don't know how accurate it is, but I feel better looking at it every week and seeing that they are on track and gaining about what it says they should.

I think it is pretty accurate. it is putting mine all at four lbs except my tiny little girl. She is coming in at two lbs. Bless her little heart. i hope she grows.
