Thanks guys. I cuddled him, said I was sorry tons of times and gave him a couple treats. I put some Neosporin (sp) on it and he doesn't act like it bothers him. He sleeping peacefully next to me here so I think he'll be fine. It's a long way from his heart.
I've just learned my lesson and will not try to do any grooming alone next time. I need hubby's extra set of hands.
