What do you mean? The inside ear hair? If that is what you mean, then a good set of hemostats to grab the hair. Or, use a good set of tweezers, just be careful. If you mean trimming the hair, a small set of clippers (like the mustache ones) or a really small blade for the oster/andis clippers.
