I use Malaseb for the dry skin. Just mix 1/2 ounce with 16 ounces water, and sponge on, leaving it to dry. Thus far, it's been the only thing to keep Chuy's skin from being flaky and itchy. As for fleas, I use capstar twice weekly and bathe him the day after I use it. My vet told me that a new product is about to hit the shelves, it acts like capstar, only it works for a month as opposed to 24-48 hours. HTH!
