You know I've heard a few people say that they seem to think that the maltese is easier to potty train. Don't know if its true or not but my friend got her maltese when he was around 5 weeks old and really within a week he pretty much knew what to do and within a few weeks was pretty much potty trained. She used pads. He still had an occasional accident but nothing like my yorkie at his age.
Reagan is 9 months old and is now housebroke, I think. She even in this past month has started going to the door barking and whining to be let out. That part is heaven.
