Congrats on your new baby.
Everyone has given you wonderful advice....distract, redirect, ignore, etc.. I think all of that is very important. The most important thing though is consistency! Whatever you do, get everyone in the house on the same plan and no backsliding. That will just confuse your pup.
The only other suggestion I have is a cold, frozen chew toy. Sometimes it helps with the teething soreness. Gizmo loves ice cubes also. It's like a hockey game/chew toy all in one! He bats it all over the tiled kitchen.
