Wow! That is shocking! I don't shop at Target much, but I won't shop there at all now.
The guy should call his local news station(s) and see if he can get them to do a piece on it and expose them...I can't even imagine how many people shope there and don't know about this that might go to Wal-Mart or somewhere else instead.
