See how easy that looks? This is great tool for folk new to uploading pictures onto the web, that are unfamiliar with how to resize them. It also allows you to shrink photos by percentage, and to add special effects. Once your picture is uploaded, it does everything for you. When complete, you just download the finished product to your desktop. Example:

Great Post Lauren.. I use microsoft office picture manager. but this works great too
