Oh my gosh Kyle, I would call the ASPCA and the police, just to be on the safe side. Get them BOTH on it. And I'm SURE you can remain anonymous.

Please keep us updated if you can! I hope these sickos (if this is what they are using the dogs for) get the book thrown at them!!!
