We are a rescue that specializes in Puppy Mill rescues, and Broker "reject" puppies. We also do some Shelter rescue too! Our adoption fee's vary, depending on age, health, and adoptability. All fee's include the basics though:

[Spay/Neuter, vaccines, and microchipped. They also come with a 3 month supply of heartguard, are heartworm tested, have had full blood panels, and been fully vet checked. We send them home with a bed, toy, collar w/ID tag, tube of Nutri-Cal/Stat, and a bag of the food they are eating.]
