She responded with that I have until Oct 17th to refund her the cost of the dog. AND to boot now she is saying that he has a skin allergy and that I owe her ANOTHER $123 for the vet bill. She's calling over and over again. I have only discussed things via email with her that way everything is documented. Im waiting for my Mom to call me back before I go any further (she's a paralegal). Oh...and this lady stopped cc'g her attorney on her emails but Im still cc'g mine.

I just want this whole thing over with. I don't want this law suit going into my public record or my credit report (can it do that?). I don't even want to bother taking him to my vet but she hasn't even provided me w/ proof from her vet AND she hasn't even mentioned having any paperwork from her vet. Something is really fishy! She's a scam artist @ work! I can't wait until this whole thing is over. AND to boot, she is threatening to have him DNA tested to see if he's a real yorkie. Don't the owners of his parents have to be willing to do that? I doubt that she will go that far. She's a real piece of work!
This is the deal and do it now b/4 this gets more ugly....FORGET a note from her vet. You took the "as is" off, so you now have to uphold your 30 days. Get the dog, and rehome him again. It will save you a lot of worrying in the long run.

Also...Do NOT pay her extra at first. Get the dog and make sure he's yours. If he is, then have her get a receipt for the medicine. Then call her vet to verify. Tell her you will send her a certified check after you verify the info. I believe that you need to pay for the vet bills.

Good luck.
