Parcel, means space available mail...hehe. But usually it only takes like a max 2 weeks to the west coast. Sometimes sooner. If you want, I can go to the PO and get an estimate for actual shipping.
Also, if you are only wanting like a yard or so, then I could ship it first class and it shouldn't be too bad for that.
