i would let them know now. the manager may not be aware that the receptionist is not comunicating properly with the grooming staff. if you make them aware that they are not supplying proper service, they can work at fixing the problem. i am a business owner and i would much prefer to have problems brought to my atention right away so that i can fix it asap. a complaint doesnt have to be rude, but just bring it to the manager's attention that you are not satisfied with the service they provided you. its their job to give you what you want. thats what they are paid to do.
