My Husband thinks we should give them one more try. He thinks there may have been a communication issue between the receptionist and the groomer as they did not give us our pic back (which is ok since it was a copy printed on regular paper) He thinks we should let them know we were not happy with the groom the next time we take him and personally speak to the person actually performing the groom. It probably does no good to go and complain right now as they can't do anything at the moment about cutting too much hair...I suppose if we do take him there next time I'll bring my picture again and bring a picture of what he looks like right now and give them a better idea what I want and don't want. |
