I took my 9 Month old Biggie to the Groomer yesterday to get a full groom. This was his first professional groom. I have been trimming him at home since we got him. I dropped him off and gave the receptionist a picture of what I wanted his face to look like and stated other than his face, I did not care how much they cut everywhere else as long as his face looked like the pic and he wasn't completely shaved on the body. Well, my husband picked Biggie up and brought him home. My Biggie looks like a Poodle!! They cut most of the hair on his face so his narrow snout shows instead of having a rounded Teddy Bear look like the pic I provided! I am soo Angry!
Should I call and Complain or wait until the next time I take him in to complain?
