The letter Omichka posted is from her foster mommy. She is with C.A.R.E and also works for the vet who will be performing Tweedle's surgery. From what I have gathered Tweedle was used for breeding in a puppy mill
When I spoke with her foster mommy yesterday she said Tweedle has a wonderful spirit! The surgeon will be back on November 8th so they will schedule her surgery for then.
My Lucy and I were playing last night in the back yard and I had visions of Miss Tweedle running around healthy in her forever home in 2008!
