He was probably stressed out. That is exactally why I stopped going to
Petsmart. Loved the groomer but the time frame was insane. I took
Buddy in for an 11:00am appt and picked him up at 5:45! I kept calling
after three and was given one excuse after the other. At five I just
went in and he was on the table at that time. I gave her hell and never
went back. Glad he's ok. Is is a possibility that he was given something
to keep him calm?
I now groom Bud myself, leaning as I go because he just refuses to get
groomed by anyone anymore.
