Hi! I am new to these forums. My husband and I recently got two yorkie puppies (sisters) - Annie and Nora. They are tiny girls at 1.7 lbs & 2.5 lbs. Annie is the smaller one and started coughing a day after we brought her home. We immediately took her to the vet and they diagnosed kennel cough. I know it's very contagious so we expect Nora to catch it as well. It's been three weeks now. Nora started to cough about two days ago. Annie has been on antibiotics the entire time. Nora started them yesterday. We have been adding humidity to the air and taping their sides to loosen up the mucus in their lungs. We have been giving them Nutrical once a day to try to give them some extra help. Any other suggestions? I feel like they have had it forever! Are they passing this back and forth? Please tell me this will go away soon!
