now see my vet said no. Because it can burn the insides first before the out side. But I would think if you have the kine that kicks off at a certain temp then maybe. I do know that my daughter use to sleep with hers all the time, then she was having pain on her belly, well the heating pad was cooking her inerds. So the Dr. told her the heat pad is the worse thing that you can sleep with. Go with a hot water bottle. She is still paying for it and always will be. Nothing you can do for it. That is just what I know.
