I bought Maddie this harness when she was a puppy from thepuppyshop.com but she never wore it because I forgot all about it. I still have the original tag, but I pulled it off when I tried it on her the day I got it, so it's there just not connected. It was NEVER worn, brand new.
The measurements are 6-9" X 1/2". There are buckles for each part of the harness (the neck and chest) so it's pretty neat!
