How sad, Report them to AKC and take them to small claims court to get your deposit returned (if you can).
I had my first litter on 12/17/04 I have 3 little darlings for sale in Portland Oregon, if you would like pictures please email me. (recently moved back after 22 years in Los Angeles) They will be ready to go mid march.
