I wish I could help, but when it comes to computer problems, I have to ask my son everything....

I remember when we got our first computer, probably about 15 years ago....I was playing around and then this message come on the screen...

"You have completed an illegal activity"...then it shut off

I actually sat frozen in my chair, my heart racing, waiting to hear police sirens stop in front of my house for me, no kidding....I r so stoopid..
