I love Manhatten Beach...I had a layover in LAX when working a trip one Memorial Day Weekend and my oldest daughter met me out in LAX and we went to Rodeo Drive and Manhatten Beach w/ a friend of hers that lived out there at the time...Have you lived there for long? Have you ever been to the (OK...I know this will sound weird!) cemetary in Westwood? Our layover hotel was blocks away and everyone would go there, it is where Marilyn Monroe and SEVERAL famous people are buried...Actually when I went there there was a couple there from England on vacation! It is beautiful there, w/ Magnolia trees, unfortunatley they built the city up around it, you almost have to know it is there...
