As far as I know, there is no kibble that will keep their teeth clean. As MyFairLacy mentioned, a raw diet, is supposed to keep their teeth clean, but your dog needs to be 100% healthy in order to do something like that.
Other than that, dog's teeth need to be cleaned with a toothbrush or a baby finger toothbrush and some doggie toothpaste or you can use a product like Petzlife Oral Gel.
We don't expect to eat crackers and cookies to keep our own teeth clean, so we shouldn't expect a dog's teeth to stay clean with kibble. They need to be brushed
