www.drsfosterandsmith.com they have special sizes for the tiny toy breeds. I just got the "on the go" hoodie for Vinnie, which is great because although it's a little big, they wanted me to measure him for length, which he fell under a Small, i did an online chat with a rep who agreed, although it didn't seem right to me, i measured again and again and when it came his length measured for a size for a 12-20 lb. dog, well Vinnie is only 5lbs. max. It's a little big but there is a bungee in the waist band so it can be cinched up, and actually the more room in the sweatshirt equals the more warmth that stays in......sounds like your baby would be a shoe in for the XXS.
