OMG, I told my boyfriend about this last night. I was like my baby is gonna be attached to my HIPS!!! LOL, J/K, but on the real, I live in Queens, NY too and I have to tell you there have been a lot of toy dog nappings in this area because toy dogs are so expensive in NYC and everywhere. Yorkies retail at the minium $1000 here and a lot of people cannot afford that.
Its funny but there is one supermarket that does not allow you to enter with ur dog and they all tie them to a thin tree and leave the dogs outside. I swear to GOD I would never leave my dog outside like that.
Elisandra, maybe u live by the TRAde Fair chain on 30th ave and 30th Street? Do people tie there dogs outside too because they wont let them in?
