I can understand where you are coming. Noah and Rickey are 6 months old.
I cut back on their food and water. They can have no food after 6:30. I have one of those plastic water containers in the crate with a small amount of water so they can get a sip during the night. I'm going to take that away from at nine for now on because they pee pee during the night but do not poop.
Some of the older members will have to answer your question. I don't think a puppy that young should go without food and water over a couple of hours.
