I've been feeding my Cooper Authority Harvest Baked dry food for about a year, but his teeth still have tarter build-up, and I don't want to get him put to sleep (to have his teeth cleaned) again -- I hate to have him go through that!!

What is the best food to keep his teeth clean? But also still a good food?
