my male dog who is only 1 year old and weighs only 1.76 pounds suffers Bladder Stone about 2 months. the vet said that he must eat wet u/d for a while in order to control his symptom. yet i don't think this will be good for the long time,i'd rather to switch to kibble such as canidae,science diet,etc. and let him drink water as much as he can.do you guys have any suggestion?

P.S. his crystals are too tiny and too less to tell the kind of Bladder Stone so the vet guesses that it should be Calcium Oxalate.
