I took my yorkie boy and my parents' yorkie boy (tedddy and chewy) to a place called MY BEST FRIEND which is in Forest Park (right next to Oak Park). If you don't mind the drive from chicago. they are pretty friendly and they do a great cut. They trim everywhere and bathe the dog. The doggie smells pretty for a week atleast!!! and they always attach a cute ribbon to each dog's collar. the price for cut and bath is $ 38 for a yorkie with crazy matted hair. (like mine was).
