Dogs don't need to be vaccinated but every three years and shouldn't need a titer test unless after three years you still don't want them to be vaccinated.
You should however have the stools checked for parisites once a year, and if they frequent dog parks, then have them tested every six months. I have mine tested every six months just to be on the safe side, especially since we don't have cold enough winters to kill off fleas and ticks.
