I agree with the rest of you, if this poster is for real they need to rehome the poor baby. Dogs can sense fear and other emotions, so I'm not surprised he's snapping at the owner.
Kinda OT, and I know this is wrong but when I read it I got a visual of a yorkie pooing in a bowl just to be stubborn and laughed out loud, like the OP was typing then looked over and saw it
